Hardware & Firmware.
Our electronics team develops products from concept to production, covering specs, hardware, PCB, and firmware design, with ongoing support throughout the product's lifecycle.
Obsolescence Check.
No electronic design can ever truly be built for life. However, to ensure longevity and mitigation of production risks, component lifetimes and supply robustness is an essential part of product development.
Mobile App.
Your product may require a Mobile Application, be it BLE, WiFi, NFC connected, cloud service or other. Our team will design, plan, code and test it alongside the product development.
Compliance Support.
Once ready for market, we work with UKAS accredited facilities to gain compliance type approvals in order for you to safely sell to the world, such approvals include UKCA, CE and FCC certification.
Pre-production Builds.
Following design completion, we will provide low volume prototype and pre-production builds for test, evaluation and market acceptance trials, getting feedback prior to any functionality improvements.
Design Feasibility.
A design feasibility study objectively assesses a product’s viability – evaluating such things as technical features, functionality, environmental and market application. Having informed decisions from this analysis helps inform and provide direction before committing to higher expenditure.
Design for manufacture.
All in-house products are designed with production manufacture in mind, however, we also offer DfM as a standalone service ensuring your final product is easy to produce, reliable over time and is as cost effective as possible.
Test Development.
Consideration for product testing needs to be made at the outset of the design process. We design for test to ensure efficient production and to simplify repair should it be necessary.
